Pat Cerminaro is an expert at improving process systems to achieve the important goals of improved quality and efficiency. He brings over 30 years experience to the table, with a comprehensive understanding ranging from shop floor techniques to management decision making processes.
Pat worked for Procter and Gamble for three decades, his last role as a manager in Global Material Development. During that time, he not only led numerous quality improvement efforts within P&G, but also assisted dozens of suppliers to upgrade their systems and techniques to realize productivity gains and overall cost savings.
Pat is particularly skilled at integrating Quality Window applications into operating technician work processes. Pat believes "that technician empowerment is the key to realizing the full business benefits of Quality Window".
Pat is a strong believer in the use of statistical process and quality control, and he considers Quality Window to be one of the most powerful, yet easy to use, tools in his toolkit.
In addition to helping P&G implement a Quality Window based Process Control system across North America, he spearheaded the implementation of Quality Window at 72 supplier sites, in a variety of businesses, to assist them in improving their process systems.
