E-School
Busitech provides training and educational support to its customers, in both the use of Quality Window and in the general concepts that seek to optimize process monitoring and downtime reduction programs. Recently, E-School was developed to provide a more streamlined approach to education, although traditional training courses are still scheduled. Read further to learn more about both options.
E-Lessons
Busitech has developed special overviews (e-lessons) to help you understand the capabilities and benefits of selected QW software products. E-lessons are digital "mini-movies" with voice narrative, and are typically five minutes in length.

Training
Busitech offers a three-day training course in a traditional class room setting. The course is designed for plant technicians who use Quality Window on a regular basis, as well as Quality managers who are looking to learn how to create and edit QW applications.
