Configuring QWFileLockSvc in DCOM

QWFileLockSvc was added in version 5.0.0.628 of Quality Window.

Purpose:
Used to determine if a file being accessed is currently open. Optionally, the component can be configured to give extended information including the user who has the file open as well as the machine name of the user. The extended functionality requires that the component be configured for use with Windows Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM).

In Quality Window, under the File menu Application Properties, a dialog window will be displayed showing information for the Quality Window Template and Data files. For files opened via the network, the bottom text view will display the user(s) associated with the open file, how many times the user has the file opened, as well as the possible computer(s) for which that user is currently logged on.
