Busitech offers free technical support for problems with the software, as well as, custom application support on a consultation basis.
Please be prepared to supply the following information when contacting Busitech for support:
- your name
- the name of the product
- the version and build number of the product
- the product registration number
- your company name & location
- your operating system (Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, XP, 2000)
